KOBE: A Great Place!





 

My hometown is Kobe. It is a beautiful city and has good environment based woth nature close to the sea and mountains. If you have a chance, I hope you visit Kobe. I will write some informarion about it in my blog today.

1. Nankin Town

In Nankinmachi, there are many Chinese dishes that can be easily eaten at reasonable prices. Nankinmachi is full of food stalls and you can enjoy many authentic Chinese flavors. They sell Peking duck, xiao long bao, pork buns, and more, and we especially recommend the restaurant called Lao Xiangji, which is famous for its delicious pork buns.

2.Kobe Port Tower



Kobe Port Tower is known for its beautiful red form and is known as the ``Beauty of Iron Towers,'' and can be said to be the face of Kobe. The illumination is beautiful, and the photogenic appearance colors the scenery of Kobe's waterfront.There is also a large shopping center called Harborland nearby, so be sure to visit it. At Kobe Harborland, you can enjoy not only shopping but also restaurants, movie theaters, and amusement facilities while enjoying the typical Kobe-like seaside scenery. The night view with illuminations is also very beautiful.

3.Kitano town


Kitano Town has a large historical area called ``Kobe Kitano Ijinkan Town'' and is visited by many tourists. It is a streetscape where you can feel the different culture that symbolizes Kobe. After the opening of the Kobe port, housing for foreigners was built on high ground from the Meiji period to the early Showa period, supporting the lives of people working in settlements and at the port. There are many beautiful buildings inside, and it is popular among young people for Instagram photos.

    After reading your blog, I thought that kobe was very nice city! I especially like Nankin town. "Ichigoame" is so delicious. I have never been "Kobe Kitano Ijinkan Town" before, so I wanted to go there.
